ICASSP 2012 Exhibitor and Supporter Invitation
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 2012 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing, to be held at Kyoto International Conference Center, Japan on March 25-30, 2012. ICASSP 2012 will also present the 13th Annual Industrial Technology Tracks designed to promote industrial participation in which papers emphasizing industrial aspects and applications of signal processing will be featured. Support Levels
ICASSP 2012 in Kyoto promises to be one of the most exciting and well-attended conferences in the series. In addition to innovations in the conference and exhibit hall, we are offering new conference support opportunities for companies. Individual events or support items are listed below. In addition to the bonus features in the support contents described below, every support except Bronze Conference Support has the right to enjoy waiver of the conference registration fee for two persons. Bronze Conference support and partial support of Student Award or Student Travel Award allows only one free conference registration.
Platinum Conference Support - $30,000.00
Benefits include: consideration for a preferred booth space in the exhibit hall; enhanced recognition at all of the events and functions listed below; recognition on the website and at the conference. one flyer in attendee's registration package; two free conference registrations. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive one workshop at the conference.
Gold Conference Support - $20,000.00
Benefits include: consideration for a preferred booth space in the exhibit hall; recognition at all of the events and functions listed below; recognition on the website and at the conference; one flyer in attendee's registration package; two free conference registrations. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one workshop at the conference.
Bronze Conference Support - $2,700.00
Benefits include: recognition on the website and at the conference; one free conference registration.
On-Site Workshop - $7,000.00
(multiple companies may have workshops)Note: Multiple companies may host a workshop, and one company may host more than one workshop. Please inquire about multiple-workshop discounts. Benefits include: Half-day workshop, workshop information included on website and in Conference Guide; two free conference registrations. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one booth in the exhibition hall.
Tutorial support for Students - $10,000.00
Benefits include: consideration for preferred booth space in the exhibit hall; recognition at all of the events and functions listed below; recognition on the website and at the conference; one flyer in attendee's registration package; two free conference registrations. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 20% off one workshop at the conference.
Student Paper Award Travel Grant - $10,000.00
(multiple companies may support student travel grants)Benefits include: Naming the travel grant, recognition on the website and at the conference; two free conference registration. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one booth in the exhibition hall.
Conference Audio/Visual Support - $5,000.00
Benefits include: recognition on the website and at the conference; two free conference registration. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one booth in the exhibition hall.
Conference Break - $5,000.00
(Breaks are Tuesday Afternoon; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; multiple companies may support each break, one company may support multiple breaks)Benefits include: Recognition on the website and the supported break with highlight. In the conference signage, advertisement within one line may be added; two free conference registration. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one booth in the exhibition hall.
Student Paper Competition - $2,700.00
(multiple companies may support the competition)Benefits include: Recognition on the website and at the conference; Event participation at the award ceremony; one free conference registration. Bonus feature: Register by January 15 and receive 50% off one booth in the exhibition hall.
Note: Recognition at the conference will take the form of a list of the company name or logo in the conference program and on conference signage. Recognition on the website will take the form of the company name or logo and a link to the company website.
Note that priority of the booth exhibition space selection due to the Platinum and Gold is valid until December 9.

Booth Specifications
Dimensions: 3m wide by 2m deep.
Each exhibitor will be provided a display booth, a system board, a company name plate, basic lighting, a skirted table with two chairs. Members of exhibition booth can participate in Tutorial Sessions, which will be scheduled on March 25 and 26, at a special discount price.
